The basics
What is MojoForge?
MojoForge builds bespoke data platforms for UK teams. We configure a deployment around your organisation — data sources, workflows, geography, and branding — on web and mobile, from a proven shared core. Interactive maps are a core capability of that platform, not a separate product line.
Who is it for?
Teams who need operational data to stay true: logistics, field surveys and inspections, estates and land, operations centres, events, and community projects. If people argue over which spreadsheet is right — or which map is current — that’s the problem we fix.
What does “bespoke” actually mean here?
Every deployment starts from the same MojoForge core — data layer, map engine, mobile app, and field tools. From there we configure it for you: brand, area, layers, capture modules, and connectors. Nothing generic, nothing bloated.
Do you only do maps?
Maps are how truth becomes visible — and they matter a lot. The product is the data platform underneath: live operational data, field tools, maps, and optional Mojotron guardianship.
Is there an off-the-shelf version I can just sign up to?
Not at the moment. Real deployments are configured per team — that’s the point. Scoping starts with an email, not a sign-up form. Ask for a walkthrough if you’d like to see the platform in action.
Cost & process
What does it cost?
Each deployment is priced individually: a one-off build cost to configure your platform, then a monthly run cost covering hosting, licensed map data, and upkeep. No per-seat licences, no surprise tiers.
Tell us about your operation at mojoforgee@gmail.com and we’ll come back with a plan, a timeline, and a price.
How long does a deployment take?
It depends on scope — a straightforward deployment (your branding, your area, standard layers) is quick; custom data modules take longer. You get a concrete timeline as part of the scoping conversation, before anything is committed.
What happens after launch?
We keep your deployment updated as part of the monthly run cost, and the platform grows with you — new layers, new modules, and refinements as your needs change. You’re not buying a frozen artefact.
The platform
Does it work on phones, and offline?
Yes. Every deployment can include an installable mobile app that keeps working with patchy or no signal — data captured in the field syncs when the connection returns. Built for people standing in the rain, not just people at desks.
Is there Welsh language support?
Yes — full bilingual English and Welsh support, including Welsh place names, is built into the core rather than bolted on. Other configurations can be discussed at scoping.
What is Mojotron?
Mojotron is the guardian assistant that can be included in a deployment — you ask in plain English and he drives the map / helps with the live picture. He has a page of his own, which he insisted on.
Where does the map data come from?
Base maps use licensed commercial tiles built on OpenStreetMap data, with correct attribution on every deployment. Boundary layers come from published open data, simplified for fast display. Your own operational data stays yours.
Who owns and controls our data?
You do. Data your team captures belongs to your organisation, each deployment is kept separate, and handling is GDPR-aware by design. Specific retention and processing terms are agreed per deployment — see also our privacy notice for this website.
